Made according to the classic champagne method by resting on dead yeast for 2 years. Medium deep salmon colour. The bouquet is delicately aromatic, despite longer maturation on yeast, as it still exposes a nice fruity bouquet of strawberries and other soft fruits. It is semi-dry. Fine and gentle bubbles. Superbly evolved.
