The deep colours of old gold. The variety of Sauvignon has withdrawn; the taste is reminiscent of dried apricots, dried tiny flowers, oranges, honey, although a gentle herbal note gives a slight hint. Sweet, fairly dense, of higher acids and medium-bodied. Rich, delicious, with a prolonged decline.
