This sauvignon was macerated in 600L oak barrels along with skins of berries, whole berries and lees. These are very ripe grapes. The bouquet is intense, smells a little bit of green pepper, fresh spruce and freshly withered hay. Enchanting with a wide range of flavours and a longer aftertaste, suitable for archiving.
