The host of this week’s cooking reality show “Riba na Oko” (Fish on the Cake) was Sabina Mali, who also served her guests with three excellent Prus wines.
The culinary evening was kicked off with the starter composed of asparaguses in cheese and muschroom sauce, and the wine of Jožef Prus – Sauvignon.
This was followed by the main course composed of pork fillet marinated with rosemary, thyme, fried on hot oil and served with a side dish of groat spoon dumplings with cottage cheese. As the final touch to the pork dish, the hostess offered Blaufränkisch wine.
This was followed by a dessert, which was composed of strawberries, pineapple, maraschino, rum flambeed in pan together with sugar and butter, and served with Mascarpone and excellent sweet Prus wine Yellow muscat.
